CNC Deep hole drilling machine
HCZK series are horizontal CNC deep hole drilling machine. It's suits for deep hole drilling and common drilling machining.
It can be widely used in automobile, machinery and moulds industry for deep hole machining.
You can choose the controller (FANUC oi-MC or SIMENSE 802D), it can achieve the axes coordinated control, linear and arc machining and computer I/O for surface milling; X, Y, W axis is adopt rectangle guideway with slow attrition to keep the machining stability and machine rigidity.
Z axis is adopt linear rolling guideway to keep precision machining; the four coordinates is drived by A.C. servo motor and imported ball screw; the two spindles are drived by electric spindle, with the character of high speed, high power and high torque machining, and reduce the transfer chain, transfer error and noise. All the key parts is choosed the import and world famous brand to ensure machine quality and stability.
