     Precision CNC EDM machine is a high precision machine of small specification,which can do special cutting. after absorbing and digesting advantages of the similar kind both at home and aboard and combining with the actual needing of the customer.

     It is developed as a new and reliable precision EDM machine. It features beautiful exterior, complete accessories and easier operation. It uses the red copper, graphite, steel and copper tungsten alloy as electrode, which can do discharge machining on hard alloy metal material such as: carbon steel,tool steel, alloy steel, quenched steel and hard alloy and others. It can also cut punch dies (such as cut die, compound die, step die, etc.), cavity dies (such as fine forge die, compression mold, calendar die and injection mold), parts with coordinate holes and complicated parts with dissimilar curved faces. It can also cut small holes (whose diameter is large than 0.2mm).

    It can be widely used for die and mould machining in motor, instrument, meter, automobile, light industry, and moulds, etc.
