Description

XH series Vertical machining center

XH series vertical machining center adopt the CAD drawings, and based on force analyse and reasonable structure designing. It can ensure the machine has the super rigidity and accuracy stability during machine, and enough capability to anti-twist and anti-bend. The basic parts are all choosed the high quality gray cast iron, cast by resin bonded sand casting technology. The guide ways is after grinding and heat treatment with PTFT on the surface, featuring wear-resisting, press-resisting, high speed positioning accuracy and good stablity. The main struction is motor-transmission-spindle, so the spindle can get high speed and reduce noise and shaking. It can be used widely in mechanical industries, moulds industries and other industries for machine plate-type parts, disk parts, case parts and moulds, etc. The work piece can be clamped at one time to finish milling, drilling, boring and reaming machining, etc.
